The sun is reflected in the surface of t he UPPER LAKE and the LOWER LAKE as well, while you are enjoying a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or your evening meal on one of the 3 terraces.

The holiday accommodation is in southern exposure and facilities and proximity are best standard. It has 100 square meters and is separated into a big room flooded with sunlight,

a really cosy dining-room and
a living-room with a fantastic view.

Furthermore there is a bedroom for parents with a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) a separate bedroom with a bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and another bedroom for your kids with 2 beds(100 cm x 200 cm).

Of course there is a toilet for your guests with a shower and a bathtube. The rooms are connected by a corridor and a hall.

The flat is fully appointed. I.e. there are tv-setns in each living- and bedroom for DVD,videos,CDs ,literature,computer with playstation e.g., many parlour games like Monopoli.
Standard is a barbecue,a chip pan.

There are also bedlinen,towels and spa towels for the in-house service.

You open the frontdoor and you are overwhelmed.
